Late? Need to cancel?

We get it. Things happen. If you are running more than 10 minutes late we will have to cancel your appointment so the rest of the day goes smoothly for everyone.  If this happens again (and again), we may refuse future appointments—or ask for payment in advance.

Same day cancellations [or reschedules] often go unbooked. When this happens we lose money. We’ll add 50% of the missed service to your next booking.

It’s not personal, we just may not be the right fit for you. We’re a small shop and pride ourselves in building trusting relationships with our customers and community. We respect your time and ask the same of you. 

Our safety

We do our part to stay healthy and keep you looking good. We thoroughly disinfect the barbershop daily.
